GROWTH LAB

Join Us!

Less Theory.
More Doing.

What does your business need to accomplish in 2027,and do you have a plan to make it happen?

Most business owners don't need another conference filled with ideas. They need time to step away from the day-to-day, think critically about where the business is going, make some decisions and turn those decisions into a plan.

Growth Lab is a one-day working event built around your actual business. You'll learn practical approaches to growth, planning and financial performance, and then spend dedicated time applying those ideas to your company. This isn't a day of sitting in a ballroom taking notes.

You're here to work.

Event Overview

COME WITH A BUSINESS.
LEAVE WITH A PLAN.

Are You Attending The Event?

Growth Lab combines expert guidance with focused working sessions so you can make meaningful progress while you’re in the room.

Instead of leaving with a notebook full of ideas to revisit someday, you’ll spend the day defining what needs to happen in 2027 and beginning to build the roadmap to make it happen.

You’ll work alongside other business owners and experienced advisors who can challenge your assumptions, help you ask better questions and keep you focused on the decisions that matter most.

During Growth Lab, you’ll work to:

Define your most important 2027 priorities.
Get clear about what your business actually needs to accomplish, not a list of 20 competing goals.

Establish meaningful financial targets.
Connect your growth goals to the numbers required to make them work.

Understand where you are today.
Take an objective look at your current performance, resources and capabilities.

Identify the gaps.
Determine what’s standing between where your business is today and where you want it to go.

Prioritize the initiatives that matter most.
Focus your time, people and resources on the areas most likely to move the business forward.

Pressure-test your thinking.
Work alongside experienced advisors who can challenge assumptions, provide perspective and help you see opportunities or issues you may be missing.

Create clear next steps.
Turn strategy into actions your team can begin executing when you return to the business.

THIS ISN’T ANOTHER BUSINESS CONFERENCE.

You’ve probably attended events where you heard a great speaker, wrote down ten ideas and returned to an inbox full of emails.

A week later, the notebook is sitting on your desk.

Growth Lab is built differently.

No hours of back-to-back presentations.

You’ll learn a concept and then have time to work with it.

No generic exercises.

You’ll apply the thinking directly to your own business, financial goals and growth priorities.

No waiting until Monday.

The work starts in the room.

Throughout the day, short strategic and financial sessions will be followed by dedicated working time. Advisors will be available to answer questions, challenge your thinking and help you move from idea → decision → action.

WHAT WILL YOU LEAVE WITH?

Every business will be at a different stage, so the exact outcome will be different for every attendee.

But the goal is simple:

Make meaningful progress toward a 2027 Growth Plan you can actually use.

By the end of Growth Lab, you should have greater clarity around:

WHERE YOU’RE GOING
The most important outcomes your business needs to achieve in 2027.

THE NUMBERS BEHIND THE PLAN
The financial targets required to support those goals.

WHAT’S IN THE WAY
The gaps, constraints and challenges that could prevent you from getting there.

WHAT MATTERS MOST
The initiatives that deserve your attention, resources and investment.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Clear priorities and next steps you can take back to your team.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Growth Lab is designed for business owners and leaders who are actively thinking about what’s next.

It’s especially valuable if:

  • Your business is growing and you need a more intentional plan for the next stage.
  • You know where you want to go but aren’t sure how to get there.
  • Your goals aren’t clearly connected to financial targets.
  • You have too many competing priorities.
  • You’re spending most of your time working in the business instead of working on it.
  • You want an outside perspective to challenge your thinking.
  • You don’t want another year to start without a clear plan.

You don’t need to arrive with all the answers.

That’s the point of the Lab.

Come prepared to think, question, calculate, prioritize and work.

THE GROWTH LAB FORMAT

The day moves between three things:

LEARN IT.

Hear practical perspectives on business planning, growth and financial strategy from experienced business advisors.

APPLY IT.

Immediately take those concepts and evaluate them against your own business.

BUILD IT.

Turn your thinking into priorities, targets and an actionable 2027 plan.

This format gives you something most business owners rarely get:

Dedicated time to work on the future of the business without the daily distractions of running it.

LESS THEORY. MORE DOING.

You could spend another day hearing people talk about growing a business.

Or you could spend a day working on yours.

Learn it. Apply it. Build it. Execute it.

Don’t just plan to grow in 2027.

Build the plan to make it happen.
